In Angola haben sich die drei wichtigsten Oppositionsparteien zu einem gemeinsamen Bündnis gegen die Regierungspartei zusammengeschlossen. Die MPLA regiert das Land seit der Unabhängigkeit vor 46 Jahren. Bei der anstehenden Parlamentswahl im kommenden Jahr will die Koalition aus der ehemaligen Rebellenbewegung UNITA und den Parteien PRA-Ja Servir Angola und Bloco Democratico das ändern. Laut der Nachrichtenagentur AFP wird der Zusammenschluss durch UNITA-Präsident Adalberto Costa Junior angeführt. Er soll im August 2022 gegen den amtierenden Präsidenten JoãoLourenço antreten, der nach einer zweiten Amtszeit strebt.
