Hitradio Namibia Meine Musik. Mein Sender.
Fünf pharmazeutische Unternehmen und eine Glasfirma müssen unabhängig voneinander wegen Wettbewerbsbetrugs empfindliche Geldstrafen zahlen. Der Wettbewerbskommission nach seien Beulah Pharmacy, CeCe Otjo Pharmacy, Chrismed Pharmacy, JN Hyper Pharmacy, Medimart Pharmacy sowie PG Glass schuldig befunden worden. Sie hätten Verträge und Abkommen geschlossen, die dem Wettbewerbsgesetz widersprechen. Dabei geht es unter anderem um Absprachen zu Konditionen mit Versicherungen. Die Unternehmen gestanden ihre Schuld ein. So zahlt das bekannte Glasunternehmen PG Glass eine Strafe von 750.000 Namibia Dollar. Die Pharmaunternehmen müssen jeweils zwischen 15.000 und 85.000 Dollar berappen. Alle Fälle befinden sich auch noch vor dem Obergericht.
