Der Staat hat seine Auftragsvergabe digitalisiert. Das sogenannte e-Procurement Portal wurde nun online gestellt und ist für Interessenten und Bieter nutzbar. Neben Ausschreibungen können auch weiterführende Dokumente, Berichte und Vergabebestätigungen eingesehen werden. Laut Finanzministerium soll dies die Vergabe staatlicher Aufträge deutlich transparenter machen. Das Portal müsse für alle Aufträge genutzt werden, die gesetzlich zu einer öffentlichen Ausschreibung verpflichtet sind. Die Pilotphase zu dem e-Procurement Portal hatte bereits im vergangenen Jahr begonnen.
