Die Entwicklungsbank DBN hat Ermittlungen wegen vermeintlicher finanzieller Verstöße durch mehrere Mitarbeiter abgeschlossen. Die sieben Beschuldigten kehren an ihren Arbeitsplatz zurück. Sie waren im April 2020 nach anonymen Hinweisen auf mögliche Unregelmäßigkeiten beurlaubt worden. Die DBN hatte die Ermittlungen nach eigenen Angaben an externe Stellen vergeben, um die Unabhängigkeit des Prozesses zu gewährleisten. Zu den genauen Vorwürfen wollte die Bank keine Angaben machen, im vergangenen Jahr hieß es dazu nur, dass es sich um Verstöße gegen die Betriebsnormen handele.
