Die Bewegung Affirmative Repositioning fordert die verpflichtende Bereitstellung von Toiletten in Bankfilialen in Namibia. In einem Brief an Zentralbank-Chef Johannes !Gawaxab erklärte Aktivist Job Amupanda dazu, dass Kunden nicht selten mehrere Stunden in der Warteschlange bei den Banken des Landes verbringen würden. Während diese Banken von den Kunden profitieren, würden umgekehrt jedoch keine sanitären Einrichtungen bereitgestellt. Selbst Shebeens seien verpflichtet, Toiletten für ihre Kunden zur Verfügung zu stellen. Amupanda fordert die Zentralbank als Regulierungsbehörde daher auf, eine entsprechende Regelung zu erlassen.
