Der Parlamentsbetrieb muss dringend angepasst werden. Das fordert der Vorsitzende des Nationalrats, Lukas Sinimbo Muha. Demnach habe die Corona-Pandemie die Dezifite des Parlaments klar aufgezeigt. Es gebe keine Alternative zu einer Transformation hin zur Nutzung von Informationstechnologie und einem sogenannten E-Parlament. Parlamentarier und Mitarbeiter im Parlament benötigten daher Nachhilfe in diesem Bereich. In Windhoek findet aktuell ein panafrikanisches Seminar zur Leistungssteigerung von Parlamenten statt.
