Die Abstimmung zum geplanten Genozid-Abkommen zwischen Namibia und Deutschland ist erneut verschoben worden. In der Nationalversammlung kam es gestern zu einer erwartungsgemäß hitzigen und emotionsgeladenen Debatte, wobei die Opposition ihren Unmut über die Einigung äußerte. Die Abstimmung war ursprünglich bereits für Dienstag angesetzt worden. Allerdings hatte die Opposition sich dabei beschwert, dass das geplante Abkommen im Wortlaut den Abgeordneten nicht zur Verfügung gestellt worden war. Dies ist nun gestern geschehen. Die Nationalversammlung nimmt heute um 14:30 Uhr die Debatte wieder auf.
